Thank You for Your Support
Thank you for supporting Tudrimi, it genuinely means a lot! I built The Home Reset to last you six months because that's how long it actually takes to build habits that stick. This page is here to help you get even more from it.
Download the daily checklist to get started without using up your planner pages, grab the icons to give your planning a more visual feel, and if you have kids, the larger icons are a great way to get them involved. Everything here is free, my way of making sure the planner works as hard as possible for you.

Download PDFWhy Habit Stacking?
+When I started thinking about how to build a cleaning planner that people would actually stick with, I kept coming back to the same problem. Motivation runs out. Willpower runs out. But habits don't, because habits don't rely on either.
Habit stacking is one of the most researched principles in behavioural science. The idea is simple: attach a new behaviour to something you already do automatically, and your brain starts to run them together as a sequence. You stop having to think about it. It just happens.
That's why every weekly spread in The Home Reset has a Habit Builder built in. Not a goal. Not a resolution. Just one small action attached to something you already do every day.
Start with one. Keep it until it feels effortless. Then add another. That's the whole system. Small actions, repeated consistently, are what create a home that runs itself.
